Engineer Lina Qudah

Eng. Qudah with master’s degree in quality management and B. Sc. degree in Industrial Engineer, has 27 years of experience in establishing, monitoring implementation and maintaining management systems for national ABs and CABs, which are operating in various industrial sectors in the MENA region according to relevant ISO/IEC 17000 series of standards. During her working years, Eng. Lina Qudah has occupied the following positions:

1. The former director of the Jordanian Accreditation System (JAS) at the Jordan Institution for Standards and Metrology (JSMO).

2. The former director of Dubai Accreditation Centre at Dubai Municipality (DAC, now renamed as Emirates International Accreditation Center EIAC).

3. Former Regional Manager in Product Assessment and Certification, Middle East/Asia in Exova (now renamed as Element and before Exova its name was Bodycote Testing Group).

Currently, Eng. Qudah is the General Manager of LMQ Management System Solutions, FZ- LLC, a UNIDO International Accreditation Expert, ARAC Peer Evaluator, and Regional Accreditation Lead Assessor and trainer for CABs and IRCA QMS Lead Auditor-01189242.

Ingrid Flemming

Ingrid is the founder and technical manager of IFM Quality Services

Prior to working at IFM, she worked in medical laboratory roles, including research and managed laboratories in environmental and industrial fields.

Since 1994, she has been overseeing a team providing quality assurance products and services to a worldwide market, assisting laboratories to become accredited and then to maintain their high quality of technical excellence.

Kirsten Edwards

Kirsten graduated with a B. Sc. majoring in Biomedical Science in 2013 and received her position at IFM Quality Services the same year.

She worked as a Microbiologist in the IFM microbiology laboratory for 7 years making, testing and using IFM products before changing position to Technical Specialist – Life Sciences.

This role is aimed at providing technical support for all IFM distributors. During her time in the IFM microbiology laboratory she also used many of IFM’s products and services in the same way as participants and customers.
